Scallops Portuguese

Directions

Cut large scallops in half, pat dry with paper toweling.

Melt butter.

Add garlic and salt, cook until garlic is golden brown.

Add scallops and cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often.

Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

Add freshly chopped parsley and cook 1 minute longer.

Serve hot.
